Black Rock Classic Brown Ale is crafted using a carefully selected blend of malts, including MaltEurop Pilsner, Gladfield Chocolate, and Gladfield Aurora. This combination results in a rich, malty flavor profile with a deep brown color. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a moderate bitterness that perfectly balances the malt sweetness, creating a smooth and enjoyable drinking experience.

Brew with Black Rock Amber UME, or combine 2 cans of Classic Brown Ale for a more intense malt flavor and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty English ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ S-04.
