Spiced Whiskey Liqueur - Top Shelf

Herbal with notes of honey and spice. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Shake well and add contents and 850 ml (29 US fl oz) 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Liqueur Base B (made up as per base instructions). Top up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) with water.
