Xtra Pale Ale

Black Rock Classic XPA is brewed with 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt, resulting in a light, crisp flavor and a pale golden color. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a mild bitterness that balances the malt sweetness, creating a refreshing and easy-drinking Extra Pale Ale.

Brew with Black Rock Unhopped Light, or combine 2 cans of Classic XPA for a more intense hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05.
